White corn maize dough lightly fried and stuffed with Mozzarella, and your protein/style choice. Served with a small ensalada. (Sub Vegan Cheese for $1)
Patacones
Twice fried green plantains pressed and seasoned with lemon and garlic. Topped with your protein/style choice.
Ceviches
Choose between Camarones, Tilapia, Calamar, or a mix of 2 (or all 3!). Served with Peruvian soda crackers. (Ceviches are gluten free, soda crackers are not)
Tiraditos
Made Famous in Peru, similar to sashimi/carpaccio. Choose between Sockeye Salmon or Tilapia.
Chef's Fillet Special
Your choice of fillet served with marble potatoes, yams, and baby corn (Cocido Andino Style). With a cilantro emulsion, and small mixed ensalada. (gluten free)
Empanadas
Stuffed pastries baked Colombian style; 2 per order. Served with Roasted Pepper and Aji sauces.
